Question: Is this game free to play?
Answer: Yes! This game is .01% free to play to people of all ages. If you should later decide that you would like more features in the game then you can upgrade.
Question: How do I activate my account?
Answer: Login to the game using your user name and password. A page will appear asking you for your activation number, put this number in the activation box: $activate and press the button. You can now start playing SDN.
Question: Can I have more then one account?
Answer: Its not recommended that you have more then one account when you play this game. Multiple accounts listed under the same email can be deleted without warning.
Question: Can I have an account with a partner?
Answer: Yes, however it is not recommended. When you have an account with a partner problems usually occur. For example, one partner decides to change your account password, or decides to take all your dogs. To prevent this from happening don't start an account with another member.
Question: I lost my email address or I got a new email address. What do I do?
Answer: If you lost your email address and don't remember your login then you will need to start a new account. If you got a new email address you will need to login with your OLD email address and update your account settings on your kennel so that you now start logging into the game with your new email address. If you have problems doing this ask an adult to help you.
Question: What is an upgraded member?
Answer: A member who pays a yearly subscription (in real money) for more features on the game.
Question: What features do upgraded members get?
Answer: Upgraded members get a detailed look at genetics, their own boarding kennels, a judge, more handlers, more dogs, more space in their address book, special posts on the message boards, a savings account at the bank, and a journal.
Question: How much does it cost to upgrade?
Answer: Upgrades are $30 United States Dollars a year.
